Week 3 – Lifestyle Design – Implementation Task
Your Implementation Task For This Week:
Please follow the tutorial provided inside the week 3 training (timestamp: 0:35) to complete your own “Lifestyle Design” – using the template provided to you below. (Please make your own copy to edit).
STEP 1: List out everything that needs to go in it (obligations + responsibilities, include the repetitive tasks from your best self audit as well as everything you WANT to do)
STEP 2 – Delete, delegate and modify to get the list as simplified as possible + allow yourself to spend as much time as possible within your 20/80 rule
STEP 3 – Sit down and time block your lifestyle design (as explained, keep to the wider description and not specifics. For example, rather than including the names of your clients when blocking time for their sessions, just say “client sessions” – this will save you having to constantly edit your lifestyle design week after week and instead give you something you can easily rinse and repeat)
Remember to consider:
Urgent vs important tasks (prioritising action that actually moves the needle forward)
Energy management + setting yourself up for success (organising tasks in a way that suitS your energy and ensuring you’re not overworking yourself. REMEMBER TIME FOR REST.)
STEP 4 – add your intentional labels
STEP 5 – (optional but highly recommended) – as demonstrated within the session, keep a daily diary for adding the specifics
