Your Implementation Task For This Week:

Please follow the tutorial provided inside the week 6 training (timestamp: 1:01) to complete your own “Crafting your coaching programme worksheet” – using the worksheet provided to you below. (Please make your own copy to edit.)

STEP 1 – Map out the overall point A + point B of your offer

STEP 2 – Map out each mini-transformation involved in getting from A to B

STEP 3 – Put these mini-transformations in chronological order of delivery

STEP 4 – Map out the details/features of what you will deliver in order to facilitate each mini transformation (from the perspective of an expert/ coach)

STEP 5 – Write a description for each mini transformation in-line with the following structure (from the perspective of a marketer):

“Phase X takes (amount of time) to complete. This is the phase where we will kiss goodbye to (pains) and step into (desires). With a (details of this module), you’ll finish this phase feeling X,
ready to Y.”

STEP 6 – Give your programme a name + tagline (you want this to include the length of time, who it is for, the problem it solves/ the outcome it facilitates)

STEP 7 – Give your programme a price + think about what payment plans/ incentives you may want to offer

STEP 8 – Craft out your money back guarantee

STEP 9 – Cut a long story short (short and sweet summary of what this programme does for people)

STEP 10 – Create your offer branding (optional)

STEP 11 – Get clear on your professional boundaries/ policies for programme delivery

STEP 12 – Decide on what insurance you’ll need/ if you’ll need it
