Your Implementation Task For This Week: 

1. Open up your “Changing The Narrative” workbook that you completed in week 5. Perform another round of TLC (True, Logical, Constructive) on any of your limiting beliefs identified during week 5 that still hold power over you.

2. If you haven’t yet – NOW is the time to really start taking the lifestyle design you created in week 3 seriously. Ensure you are living intentionally and in alignment with your lifestyle design. 

3. Add daily visualisation to your lifestyle design. Just like we did inside the training (timestamp 00:25). Use your present day vision affirmation statement to help you. 

You can now stop doing the visualisation exercise introduced to you during week 7 (beliefs part 1)

4. Make sure you continue using your opportunistic retrains as explained in week 7 to help with instances of self sabotage.
