Using the tutorial provided within today’s training (timestamp: 1:09), open up your resilience worksheet and list out all the things that commonly test your resilience. These can be repetitive present day situations or situations from the past.
For example…
“Not having enough time to work on my business as much as I want” – is an example of a repetitive present day situation that tests your resilience
“When I was a child I was constantly told I was boring – I face this every time I try to create content and it makes me get inside my own head” – is an example of a situation from the past that still tests your resilience today.
Then, work through the list one by one and give 3 different potential solutions to overcome this situation.
This is all about strengthening your resilience muscle and giving our mind available ammunition to adopt a growth mindset of resilience immediately as when we need it along the journey.
