Your Implementation Tasks For This Week:
Implementation 1 – Releasing your old money story
- Following the guidance provided within the training 1:22) – complete writing up both your old money story and your new money story
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:20) – burn your old money story – and DO IT WITH INTENTION
Implementation 2 – Embodying your new money story
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:22) – turn your new money story into reminders on your phone
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:24) – create a note on your phone to keep track of all the money you have received. Remember to pay attention to the money you’re receiving that’s easy to miss (e.g. purchasing something and then realising at the till that it has 20% off)
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:26) – match up your inner dialogue/ thoughts with your new money story. For example, instead of saying “ughh another bill here to take away more of my money” try “I’m so grateful that this money is here for me to continue receiving this amazing service”
Implementation 3 – Take back control of your money
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:28) and the instructions listed below – schedule in a money date:
0 3: Map out your cash flow
Review your expenses from the past month. Under the expenses tab, put each expense into the spreadsheet, along with its date and amount. List them in chronological order so you know exactly how much you need at any given time. (leave out non-essential categories for now (with the exception of direct debits)
Step 4: Total it up
Total up the expenses for the month, this is your essentials budget. Add it to the budget tab under “essentials”
Step 5: Map out your incomings
In the incomings tab, list out all your recurring revenue and total it up
Step 6: Map out budgets and saving goals
Subtract your essentials total from your incomings total – this is how much you have left to play with. Inside the budget tab, list categories of things you want to budget for (e.g. investments, fun + leisure, self care, paying off credit cards etc) and list all the things you want to save for (e.g. pension, holidays, new car, general savings). Allocate the remaining funds to each category – these are your budgets
Step 7: Taking action
Look through your cashflow sheet and see if there are any actions that can be taken to reduce the amount. Look through your incomings sheet and see if there are any actions that can be taken to increase your amount. Schedule taking those actions into your upcoming calendar – for asap
Step 8: Schedule in your next money date for one month from now
Put your next money date into your calendar from one month from now
On this next date, do the following:
Duplicate the spreadsheet so you can edit it for this month without editing the master copy
- Review the budgets to see if you stuck to them
- Decide on some actions to take over the next month to make sure you keep to your budgets if you didn’t this month
- Add in all your extra incomings from the “money received” note on your phone – total up and see how much money you received this month
- Look through your cashflow sheet and see if there are any actions that can be taken to reduce the amount
- Look through your incomings sheet and see if there are any actions that can be taken to increase your amount
- Schedule taking those actions into your upcoming calendar – for asap
- Put your next money date into your calendar from one month from now. On this next date, repeat what you just did.
Implementation 4 – Raise your energetic minimum
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:30) – set your new energetic minimum and add it to your phone reminders. E.g. “I make a minimum of 3k each month, effortlessly”
Implementation 5 – Make space for your money
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:31) – decide on the amount of money you desire to create in your business. Then, map out EXACTLY how you are going to spend it.
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:31) – add this to your present day vision affirmation statement for your consistent visualisation.
Implementation 6 – Get into the energy of abundance
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:32) – get in a habit of saying THANK YOU every single time you both receive and spend money.
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:33) – ensure you have a daily gratitude practice within your lifestyle design
- Following the guidance provided within the training (1:34) – add “in what way today was I in abundance?” to your daily reflection exercise
