Your Implementation Task For This Week: 

Using the tutorial provided within today’s training (timestamp: 00:29), create your own “attentional retrain prompts”

Step 1: Open up your best-self audit and find the answers you wrote for the kind of focus you want to have 

Step 2: Turn those answers into daily journaling prompts. See the example below for inspiration.

Step 3: Answer these prompts every day. Either at the end of the day about the day you have just had, or in the morning about yesterday…

Remember, you have creative freedom as to how you do this. You can answer these questions in your head, or write them out, you can do them in one batch or one at a time throughout the day – all that matters is that you’re reflecting in past tense.
