Your implementation tasks for this week:
Implementation 1) Using the tutorial provided within today’s training and the “Joint-Venture Hit List Template” provided below, build a hitlist of potential collaborators
Implementation 2) Add the following tasks into your business operations routine to ensure you stay in a consistent flow when it comes to every step of the collaboration process
Weekly:
- Add 5 people to your JV hitlist
- Start conversations with 2 new potential JVPs
- Chase up JVPs who haven’t responded in 3-4 days
- Check for upcoming JV’s, make sure you have sent the JVP everything they need for promo, make sure they have sent you everything you need for promo – chase up where necessary
- Check stats from recent JVs and transfer any owed commissions
- Check JV mastersheet for any outstanding introductions you need to make or receive – chase up where necessary
You can organise these tasks however works best for you. Simply ensure that all these tasks are carried out over a 7-day period.
