Your Implementation Task For This Week:
Please follow the tutorial provided inside the week 7 training (timestamp: 00:59) to:
1. Repeat the visualisation technique we went through in our session today, as often as possible, inbetween now and our second session on beliefs – at least 3 times a week
2. Write out your present day vision affirmation statement using your alignment audit as a guide, as shown today in the demo. You can use the template provided below to help you – if you wish (Please make your own copy to edit). You can also do this pen to paper – whichever works best for you.
3. Start using an “opportunistic retrain” as shown today and by following the instructions below
Step 2 – Find some gratitude in here, you now have an opportunity to retrain the brain, we need these moments in order to do this work, it’s all good – APPRECIATION
Step 3 – Consult your “best version”, what did they do instead when they were here? – INTERRUPTION (your conscious mind is now back in the driver’s seat)
Step 4 – Take your attention towards the new helpful option you have chosen, and even better, actually do it – REDIRECTION (whether or not you actually successfully do the things your “best version” would do is less of a priority than simply taking your attention there)
